Program

Knowing plants is one of the most important basics of survival. It is also very time consuming. We will study our native plants in depth, learning about them through field trips and processing them into a variety of products. This includes salads, vegetables, spices, oil extraction and fragrant plants.
Different cooking methods from survival steam stove to oven, preservation methods and utilization of meat will round out this course.
